Refund & Cancellation Policy

01Overview

This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains when MyTamilguru refunds are available for courses and related paid services purchased through the platform.

02Refund Eligibility

A refund may be approved only if all of the following conditions are satisfied:

• The refund request is submitted within 7 calendar days from the original purchase date.
• The learner has consumed less than 20% of the purchased course content.
• No certificate of completion has been generated or issued for that course.

The purchase must not be excluded under the non-refundable category described below.

03Non-Refundable Items

Unless otherwise expressly stated by MyTamilguru in writing, the following are non-refundable:

If a live workshop or one-on-one session is cancelled by the instructor or by MyTamilguru, the learner may be offered a replacement session, credit, reschedule option, or refund at MyTamilguru's discretion.

04How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, the learner must contact MyTamilguru support and provide the following:

05Review and Processing

MyTamilguru will review refund requests within a reasonable time, typically within 3 to 5 business days after receiving complete information.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. The time taken for the amount to reflect may vary depending on the payment provider, bank, card network, or payment gateway.

06Cancellation Rules

If MyTamilguru introduces subscriptions, recurring plans, or cohorts in the future, cancellation rules for those services may be published separately or added to this policy.

07Abuse Prevention

MyTamilguru reserves the right to refuse refunds in cases of misuse, repeated refund abuse, policy manipulation, suspected fraud, account sharing, or violation of the Terms and Conditions.
