03Course Access License

Upon successful payment, MyTamilguru grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access the purchased course content for your personal, non-commercial educational use only.

You may not resell, copy, reproduce, distribute, screen record, publish, transmit, share login access, modify, or create derivative works from any course material unless expressly permitted in writing by MyTamilguru.

04Payments and Pricing

All course prices, offers, discounts, bundles, and promotional campaigns are subject to change at any time without prior notice, except for purchases already completed.

Payments on the platform are processed by secure third-party payment providers. MyTamilguru does not store your full debit card, credit card, or banking details on its own servers.

05Refunds and Cancellations

MyTamilguru offers refunds only under the conditions described below:

• •Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase.
• •The learner must have consumed less than 20% of the purchased course content at the time of the refund request.

06Lifetime Access Clarification

Where course access is described as "lifetime access," this means access for the operational lifetime of the platform or until the course is retired, replaced, removed for legal or business reasons, or discontinued by MyTamilguru.

MyTamilguru may modify, replace, or retire any course content with reasonable notice where practical.

07Student Conduct

Users must behave respectfully in all comments, discussions, community spaces, support interactions, workshops, and live sessions associated with the platform.

Harassment, hate speech, abusive conduct, impersonation, copyright infringement, unauthorized sharing of paid content, or any misuse of the platform may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.

08Intellectual Property

All platform content, including course videos, text, branding, graphics, downloads, lesson structures, assessments, certificates, logos, and website content, is owned by or licensed to MyTamilguru and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

No right, title, or ownership in the content is transferred to the user except for the limited access license described in these terms.

All content is provided for educational and informational purposes only. MyTamilguru does not guarantee any specific academic, professional, language-learning, income, business, or personal outcome from use of the platform.

10Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MyTamilguru and its instructors, founders, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform.

Where liability cannot be excluded, the total liability of MyTamilguru shall be limited to the amount actually paid by the user for the relevant course or service giving rise to the claim.

11Privacy

Your use of the platform is also governed by the MyTamilguru Privacy Policy, which explains how personal information is collected, used, stored, and shared.

12Changes to Terms
